What’s wrong with this picture people?
OK, let’s get this straight. Your 84 years old you have been sharing gambling winnings (Hundreds of thousands of dollars) with your 87 year old sister for years. You sign a contract to share winnings. You get in argument over a few hundred dollars and quit talking for five years and verbally cancel contract. Now your suing your sister for half of a lotto ticket winnings worth two hundred and fifty thousand dollars.
I guess money really can’t by you love but, can it get you a better attorney. LOL
